He is survived by: his wife Kathy Moore Williams; his children, Dalton Williams of Fayetteville, WV, Darby Williams of Chattanooga, TN, Brett Tiller (Tonya) of Clintwood, VA and Dru Williams Washburn (Jason); his grandchildren, Jackson, Will, Sam Washburn, Hailey Pease Mullins (Jacob) and Hannah Tiller; and his brothers, Richard and Bobby Williams (Paula). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other family members.
