He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R Ross and Ella Thelma Ross; his father-in-law Glenn Riffe; his siblings, Lloyd Ross, Thelma Rogers, Norma Russell, Wayne Ross and Lowell Ross; and his nephew David Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dianne Ross; his mother-in-law Barbara G. Riffe; his siblings-in-law, Deb Poag (Roy), Alison White (Robert), Melissa Rutherford (Michael) and Theodore Brown (Stephanie); and his nieces and nephews, Stephen, Phillip Russell, Joshua, Jeremy Yoak, Alex Brady, Greg Nathan, Joseph White, Darrell Brown, Ashlyn Richardson, Alyssa Chris and Maegan Rutherford.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
