He was predeceased by: his mother Mae Frances Duncan; his grandparents, Lloyd, Sarah Talley, James and Mary Duncan; his uncles, Dennis Talley and Larry Talley; his father-in-law Jerry Seals; and his brother-in-law Chris Mayer.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia R. Duncan; his sons, Nickolas Duncan, Joshua Burton (Rachel) and Jonathon Burton (Rachel); his father James Michael Duncan; his brother Joshua Duncan; his nephews, Jayden Duncan and Matthew Ailey; his mother-in-law Stella Seals; and his sister-in-law Priscilla Barnard.
