She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Harris and Tevis Harris (Hoskins); and her siblings, Mildred "Mid" Parker, Patricia Brooks, Zoria Harris Mason and Roy Harris.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Cotter; her children, Harold, Jr. Wiggins (Ericka), Robby Cotter, Jason Cotter and Tonya Cotter Paxton (Mark Valentine); her grandchildren, Jacoby Wiggins, Jaylin Cotter, Jurnee Paxton, Morgan Homrighausen, Blake Cotter and Colton Paxton; and her siblings, Jack Harris (Pam), Bill Harris (Judy) and Carol Parton (David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
