She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Sprinkle; her son Alan Sprinkle; her brothers, Arnold Sluder, Charlie Sluder and Gay Sluder; her parents, Ethel Parham Sluder and Dewey Sluder; and her grandson Dusty Sprinkle.
She is survived by: her son Dean Sprinkle (JoAnn); her grandchildren, Matthew Sprinkle, Leslie Colagrosso, Zachary Sprinkle, Misty Hayes and Annie Sprinkle; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Bales, Jonathan Colagrosso, Gianna Colagrosso, Jezebel Field, Rosco Sprinkle, Daegan Stiefvater and Shaine Stiefvater. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be sent to Noe's Chapel United Methodist Church, ATTN: Ruth Slover, 2793 Conrad Dr., Morristown TN.
