She is survived by: her husband Bobby Mullins; her sons, Alex Mullins (Ronetta), Andrew Mullins and Adam Mullins; her grandchildren, Alexander Mullins II (Ashley), Isaah Mullins and Jeremiah Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Ally Mullins and Alexander Mullins III. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
