He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Crum and Jim Thompson (Marjorie) of Bluffton, S. C.; his sisters, Vicki Lynn, Terri Edwards of Morristown and Rochell Lewis (Brian) of White Pine; and his cousin Sherri Busler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
