Ottens; her brother John DeVries; and her siblings-in-law, Pauline Ottens, Katherine Bielema, Johanna Vegter, Jessie Dykema, Della Mae Deelsnyder, David, Gerald Ottens and Jerry Opelt.
She is survived by: her sons, Bradford Ottens (Olga Lebedynska) of Morristown, TN and Jeffrey Ottens (Wendy Williams) of Huntley, IL; her grandchildren, Jeremy Ottens, Crystal Sadjak, Alexandria Dornauer (Matt) and Kristina Ottens; her great grandchild Madeline Dornauer; her sisters, Gerry Schroeder (Keith) of Waverly, IA, Betty Opelt of Grain Valley, MO, Jane Novick (Steve) of Cedar Falls, IA, Barbara Lageschulte (Wayne) of Waverly, IA, Norma DeVries of Cedar Falls, IA and JoAnn DeVries of Denver, CO; and her siblings-in-law, Luella Buis of Morrison, IL, Betty Matthews of Indio, CA, Merlene DeVries and Harvey Ottens of Morrison, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the Parkinson's Foundation.
