She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L Horsley of Knoxville; her parents, Joseph Wisecarver and Margaret Wisecarver of Morristown; her brother Joe Wisecarver of Ocala Florida; her parents-in-law, Charles Horsley and Stella Horsley; and her stepdaughter Terri Scates of Knoxville.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Horsley (Paula) of Morristown, Ann Flenniken (Fred), Barbara Sparks (Sparky) of Knoxville and Margaret Horsley (John Wood) of Brentwood; her grandsons, Grayson Horsley and Graham Horsley (Marlene) of Morristown; and her great grandchild Violet Horsley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calvue Missionary Baptist Church (1548 Old Liberty Hill Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37814).
