Margaret “Maggie” Zimmermann Morgan, age 80, passed away November 7, 2020 at Tranquility Hospice in Marietta Ga from injuries sustained in a fall at home. She was born June 24, 1940. She was the daughter of the late Dr D.J. and Margaret Miller Zimmermann. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Maggie loved the beach and winter, so for more than twenty years she and her husband Tyler spent the spring and summer in Pensacola Florida returning every November to Morristown. Her family and friends were the light of her life, especially her grandchildren. She will be remembered by many for her love of family, friends, cats and wine. She is survived by her only child Dan McAnally, her two grandchildren Hadley Margaret and James Benjamin, Sister-in-law Lavinia Haun Zimmermann, many cousins, nieces and a nephew. Maggie was preceded in death by her mother Margaret Miller Zimmermann, father Daniel Jackson Zimmerman, brother Chris Husband Tyler C. Morgan and Daughter-in-law Lindsay Singer McAnally.
