She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Bowman and Alice Bowman; and her husband Charles Rucker. She is survived by: her son Adrian (Teresa); her grandchildren, Charles (Dakota), Abrianna and Alexis Rucker; her siblings, Dorothy McDowell, Ken Rucker and Debra Sue Rucker; her niece Gloria Jackson; and her siblings-in-law, Curtis Rucker, Helen Buis and Lennie Jackson.
