He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Moyers and Lula Moyers; his brothers, J. D. Moyers, Bill Moyers and Eugene Moyers; and his nephew Barry McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Gonav Moyers; his stepsons, Mike Hawk (Linda) and Ronnie Hawk (Clarencine); his grandchildren, Mike Hawk (Tracy), Kelly Stubblefield (Ernie) and Casey Hawk; his great grandchildren, Corben Stubblefield and Addison Hawk; his sister Phyllis McKinney (James Ray) of Greeneville, TN; his niece Karen Brown (Ervin); and his nephew Dr. Mark McKinney (Barbara).
