She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Looney; her parents, Robert Phipps and Hazel Phipps; her siblings, Henry Neal, Janice Cook and Inez Wilson; her grandson Frankie Lee Jolly Jr.; and her son-in-law James Cross.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cross and Robert Carson (Alicia); her grandchildren, Jesse Carson, Becky Garrett (Jessy) and Chris Jolly (Regina); her great grandchildren, Krista Jolly and Avacyn Garret; and her siblings, Jerry, Dennis Phipps and Georgia Shanks.
