She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband J. D. Hayes; her parents, Calvin B. Long and Mary Eunav Long (Buchanan); her siblings, Lola Long Newman, Jimmy N. Long and Charles B. Long; her sister-in-law Mary Belle Long; her children, Billy Hayes (Linda) and Kim Nelson (Kevin); and her granddaughter Kelsey Nelson. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, and other relatives.
