He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Etter and Viola Etter; and his brother Donal Etter. He is survived by: his wife Janice Etter; his children, Nancy Etter Butler (Glenn) of Morristown, TN and David Etter (Krista) of Bean Station, TN; his sisters, Sandra Brotzman (Paul) of Elgin, IL and Eloise Koehn (Gary) of Grapevine, TX; and his grandchildren, Cassandra Wenzel, Tanner Wenzel, April Wenzel, Brooke Wenzel, Nathan Etter and Rebekah Miller (Garrett). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
