She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Webb and Mamie Webb; her husband Walford Art Fugate; her brothers, Joe Dale and Clyde Buddy Webb; and her stepmother Sybil Webb.
She is survived by: her children, David Fugate (Gloria), Steve Fugate (Becky), Melissa Gibson (Troy), Kevin Fugate (Kim) and Jennifer Caldwell (Mike); her grandchildren, Cody Fugate (April), Megan Warren (Michael), Grace Fugate, Abby Fugate, Sophie Bagley (Ethan), Lance Fugate and Tyler Caldwell; her great grandchildren, Easton Fugate and Emmitt Warren; her stepsiblings, Calvin Cowan (Cathy), Lynn Cowan (Joyce) and Brenda Horner; and her close friend Gwen Chandler. She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
