She is survived by: her husband Donald Webb; her children, Dylan Webb and Megan Daugherty (Zack); her grandchildren, Jaycee, Silas and Roan Daugherty; her father Wayne NeSmith (Carolyn Ann); and her brothers, Scotty NeSmith (Kelley) and Jeff NeSmith (Suzanne). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
