She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Collins; her parents, Porter McGinnis and Sally "June" McGinnis; her grandparents, Juette, Flossie McGinnis, Polly and Alta Coffey; and her brother-in-law Claiborne Rucker.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Collins (Lori), Gregory Collins and Crystal Boatman (Larry); her grandsons, Tanner, Casen Collins and Zachary Chandler; and her siblings, Kathy White (Mark), Cindy Hazeltine (Jack), Portia Russell and Scotty McGinnis. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
