She is survived by: her husband Jay Purkey; her sisters, Carolie Gulley (Billy Gulley) and Shirley Taylor (Roger Taylor); her grandchildren, Aeriel Cope-Smith, Jasmine Collins (Jennifer Carroll), Torin Purkey, Shiann Purkey, Tyler Blake Purkey, Kaylynn Rhea Purkey, Heather and Austin Hazlett; and her great grandchildren, Charles Rylan and Nathan Braylan.
