John Mullins and Cornie Mullins; his wife Debra Mullins; and his siblings, Bonnie Harris (Delmas), Stella Murray (Charlie), Richard Mullins (Hazel), Rufus Mullins (Judy), Louise Long, Marry Reed (Morris), John David Mullins, Eddie Mullins, Clarence Mullins (Shirley), Danny Mullins and Donny Mullins.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Robin Henderson (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
