He was predeceased by: his brother Landon Milligan; and his grandmother Phyllis Owen. He is survived by: his children, Austin Owen (Destiny Hendrick) and Arista Owen; his parents, Terri Milligan (Mark) and Ricky Owen (Mary Jane); his brothers, Joshua Dustin Owen (Amber) and Brad Burton; his grandparents, Bill Owen, Herman and Janice Mutter; and his niece Margot June Owen. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
