It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katrina Lewis of Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bettie Jo and Johnny Carmichael; her sister Roberta Ann Carmichael; and her niece Betina Caldwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Erika Armstrong (Travis) and Monica Lewis (Josh Winstead); her grandchildren, Bryson Stephens, Kobe Simpson, Ahmina, ZaKirah and ZaKiyah Winstead; her siblings, Johnny Carmichael Jr., Sharon Carmichael and Tara Isbell; and her aunts, Juanita Clark and Inez Carmichael. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested for donations to be made to the funeral home.
