She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Goforth and Lorene Goforth; and her brother Lynn E. Goforth. She is survived by: her siblings, Bobby Larry Goforth (Loretta) and Debbie Maltba (Roger). She is also survived by twenty nieces and nephews.
