She was predeceased by: her parents, Chaplain Major Harold and Margaret Collins; her brother Scott Collins; and her grandparents, Roy, Nola Collins, Edward and Mary Ryan.
She is survived by: her sister Teresa Stacy (Dwayne); her cousins, Joanie Ryan and Mona Ryan; and her friend Carol Rhodes. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
