She was predeceased by: her son William Allen Rosenbalm; her parents, Charles Richard and Anna Mae Worsham Lowe; her siblings, Jack Lowe, Bob Lowe, Dennis Wayne Lowe, Chris Wilder, Sandra Kay Lowe and Jewel Henegar; and her grandchildren, Heather Smith, Justin Smith and Ashley Ausmuz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Humphrey (Richie), Carol "Sue" Smith (Jeff), Julia "Judy" Littrell (Scott), Joy "Bam" Rosenbalm and Sharon Martin (Jeffery); and her close friend Tammy Barbre. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
