He is survived by: his wife Joni Owens; his children, Samantha Cochran (Lane), Savana, Sydnie and Serenytie Owens; his stepchildren, Sarah Palmer, Ashlyn and Tyler Jarnagin; his mother Earlene Wolfe; his brother Tony Owens (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Timber, Malaki and Olivia Owens. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
