He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Edith Holston, William and Reba Rickard; his parents-in-law, Ronald and Shirley Reed; his brother-in-law Joe Reed; his uncle William Rickard; and his close friend Scott Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Holston; his stepsons, Matthew Wells (Brittany) and Johnathon Hale (Kylie); his granddaughter Lacilyn Wells; his parents, Johnny Holston and Mary Holston; his brothers, Jeffrey Holston (Becky Kirkpatrick) and Chris Holston; his children, Joey Holston (Amanda) and Katie Nolen (Joseph); and his close friends, Phil and Pam Hurst. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
