He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Estes and Gwendolyn Estes; his sister Carolyn Rush; and his mother-in-law Della Williams. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Slayton; his stepchildren, Shannon Lockhart, Crystal Brown (Kevin), Gregory Bell and Terry Bell (Leah); his sisters, Shirley McCarter, Betty Sexton (Scott) and Delina Rines (Rick); his stepgrandchildren, Chad Bell, Travis Bell, Danielle Vought, Josh Bell, Victoria Eldridge, Amber Morgan, Alexis Marshall and Lowen Marshall; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Barnes of Dessie Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
