He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Fay Manning and Opal Manning; and his sisters, Patricia and Phyllis Manning. He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Trent, Foye Manning, Johnny Manning, Eunicia Simpson, Penny Cody and Tracy Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
