He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Seal Thompson; his children, Vickie Lynn, Terri Edwards, Thomas Lawson (Stephanie) and Joy Lawson Voelkel (William); his grandchildren, Amber Wilson, Stephanie Young, Andrew, Oliver Lawson, Jackson, Walker and Stella Voelkel; and his sister Bobbie Underwood (Fred).
