He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Parker and Inda Parker of Hawkins County; his son Mark Anthony "Tony" Parker; his brother Samuel Parker; and his niece Poppy Ann Long.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Scott Hall; his grandsons, Mitchell Gentry, Tyler Parker and Daniel Hall; his sister Wanda; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Long and Carolyn Parker.
