He is survived by: his siblings, Junior Hipshire of Johnson City, Pam Cockrum (Sam) of Morristown, April Widener of Newport, Michael Hipshire of Sneedville and Bobby Hipshire (Samantha) of Sneedville; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Jarnigan, Terry Cockrum (Tara), Chris Cockrum (Rebekah), Billy Fox, Michael Hipshire, Kaleb Hipshire, Seth Hipshire (Rayven), Robert Hipshire, Linda Maupin (Jon) and Shertika Hipshire; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah Cockrum, Tyler, Bailee and Logan Cockrum.
