He was predeceased by: his wife Delores; his parents, Aileen Saylor and Oscar Wells; his daughter Lorie Collins; and his siblings, Jeff Seals, Mike Seals, George Seals, Diane Ayers and Delaine Brady.

He is survived by: his son Rusty Collins; his grandchildren, Tyler Collins (Chelsea), Kandace Collins and Sebastian Collins; his great grandchildren, Hudson Collins and Caroline Collins; and his siblings, Randy Wells (Kathy), Michael Wells, Jeffrey Wells (Tammy), Steve Seals, Larry Seals (Victoria), Robert Saylor (Teresa), Scottie Seals (Ann), Darell Saylor (Amy), Geneva Hold (Steve) and Patty Vega (Hector).
