He was predeceased by: his parents, Iantha Hopkins Beckner and Olan E. Beckner. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Davis Beckner; his daughters, Tina Hale and Terri L. Beckner; his siblings, Pat Isom (Bill) and O. E. "Buddy" Beckner, Jr. (Kimberly); and his grandson John E. Hale (Mariah).
