She was predeceased by: her husband Edward McMurtury, Jr.; her parents, Hershel Minor and Jewel Minor; her brother Marcus Minor; and her grandson Brandon McMurtury.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny McMurtury (Terry) and Michael McMurtury (Anne); her grandchildren, Shane Hopkins, Eric Hopkins (Christy), Kara Miller (Josh), Tiffany McDonald (Ray) and Jesse Trent (Chesney Holt); and her great grandchildren, Storm Hopkins, Zalie Carrizales, Mark "Junior" Carrizales, Kaleb McDonald and Michael McDonald.
