He is survived by: his wife Judy Cope; his daughter Darlene Smith; his stepchildren, Regina Snearly (Randy) of Ellicott City, MD, Brenda Proctor of Millboro, DE, Donna Sellars (Phillip), Lynna Hixon (Kevin) and Charlie Smith; his grandchildren, Amy Urban (Chris) of Ellicott City, MD, Kailee Hixon and Tucker Hixon; and his siblings, Imogene Green and Johnny Cope. He is also survived by several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
