He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonah H. Walker and Ida Isabelle Walker; his daughters, Carol Grove and Jody Sulfridge; and his siblings, Estelle Taylor, Mary Holloway, Martha Walker, James Edgar Walker, Clarence Walker and Paul Walker.
He is survived by: his daughter Alice Walker Buchanan (Jonathan); his grandchild Dana Holt of Layla Sulfridge; and his siblings, Johnny J. Walker, Robert Walker (Georgia), Earnest Walker (Sandra) and Nona Chandler (Boyd). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to West Hamblen County Volunteer Fire Department.
