He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Mae Cupp Gulley; his son Jeffery Lee Gulley; his parents, Robert Gulley and Gertrude Gulley; and his siblings, Howard, William (Dub), George, Tom, Lynn Gulley, Mary Bell Long and Betty Rhea.
He is survived by: his siblings, Georgia Street, Mabel McDermott, Robert Gulley (Kathleen) and John Gulley (Linda); and his close friend Nia Walker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
