We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2019, at the age of 84, Ida Fraley (Morristown, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons, Herbert and Henry Jr.; her sister Frances Springer; and her adoptive daughter Sherry Franley. She is survived by: her children, Tony Francis, Bill Francis, Jerry Francis (Julie), Mark Francis (Cheryl), Angela Claxton, Pamela Francis (Mark Burtn), Allen Francis (Dianne) and Donald Francis (Amie); her adoptive daughter Maria Gibsonl (Chris); and her siblings, Kenneth Partin and Sue Partin. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
