He is survived by: his children, Donnie Westmoreland (Carla) and Mike Williams (Annette); his grandchildren, Ashley Burgin (Chad), Megan Johnson, David Williams (Heather), Zackary Williams (Courtney) and Morgan Westmoreland; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Jace, Carter, Makyla, Mila, Walker, Gabby, Conor and Fenway.
