He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Setser (Jeff) of Morristown and Lisa Franklin of Johnson City, TN.; his grandchildren, Jessica Setser, Seth Franklin and Jennifer Setser; and his sisters, Helen Wright and Phyllis Reece of Virginia.
