He is survived by: his wife Wanda Morgan Harrell; his children, Renea Conley (Michael), Richard Harrell and Russell Harrell (Traci); his stepdaughter Angie Stickley (Tom); his stepdaughter-in-law Diane Hale; his grandchildren, Kristi Johnson, Brett Conley, Neal Conley, Gray Harrell, Emmy Harrell, Taylor Stickley and Morgan Stickley; and his sisters, Jane Collingsworth (Ed) and Velma Dash.
