She is survived by: her children, Stephen L. Bales (Karen), Janice Kaye Wampler (Phil) and Michael S. Bales (Hazel); her grandchildren, Derek Bales, Sarah Rowan (Phillip), John Wampler (Gretchen) and Michelle Smith (Al); and her great grandchildren, Dusty, Johnny Bales, Emma and Ava Rowan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Grace Baptist Church.
