It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgia M. Rowlett of Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on November 1, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Don H. Rowlett; her parents, Tom Jenkins and Flora Smith Jenkins; her siblings, Ed (Elizabeth), Willard (Shirley), Truman (Maxie), Walter (Lucille), Smith (Barbara), Herb, Hubert, William Jenkins, Pauline Montgomery (Harry), Ruth Jessie (Jim), Hester and Goldie Jenkins; and her son-in-law Joel W. Booth.
She is survived by: her daughter Connie Rowlett Booth of Morristown; her grandchildren, Jennifer of Glen Allen, VA, Kimberly of Henrico, VA and Landon of Henrico, VA; and her great grandchildren, Joelyn, Derek, Tucker and Carson. She is also survived by 9 nieces, 3 nephews, 12 great nieces and nephews, and several great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Appalachian Christmas Backpack Ministry of Buffalo Trail Baptist Church or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.
