He is survived by: his wife Theresa Perry of Morristown, TN; his stepson Daniel Butler of Knoxville, TN; his sister Melody Holloway (Rusty) of Hendersonville, TN; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Perry (Christy) of Seymour, TN, Thomas Holloway (Amber) of Hendersonville, TN, Olivia Holloway of Nashville, TN and Keith Holloway (Erin) of Brentwood, TN; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cooper, Graham, Donna and Stella Holloway. He is also survived by his family and friends.
