He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Ralph and Nola Shephard DeBord; and his siblings, Virgil, Bill, Joyce and Anna Ruth.
He is survived by: his former wife Dora Anne Smith; his wife Anne Smith DeBord; his sons, Michael DeBord (Kathy) and Randy DeBord; his grandsons, Rand and Dylan DeBord; and also Wanda DeBord. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
