He was predeceased by: his son Gary Van Calfee, II; his parents, Irene Holt and Tillman Holt; and his siblings, Louise Secary, Gail Holt, Arnold Calfee Evans and Doyle Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Mandi Caldwell (Jeff) and Josh Calfee; his grandson Christian Calfee; his siblings, Carroll Holt (Pam), Tim Holt (Katherine), Arvin Holt (Debra), Sheila Aikens (Larry) and Doris Lorene Dyke; and his close friends, Kim Jenkins and Frankie Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
