She was predeceased by: her husband Albert John Simkins; and her parents, Elmer Rick and Ruth Rick. She is survived by: her daughters, Desiree Herzog (Nick), Diane Mack (David), Ruthann Ratcliff (Bob), Laura Luckes (Jeff), Carol Perry and Mary Burlingame (Gage); her grandchildren, Brian, Janelle, Joshua, Eric, Lillian, Mark, Elaine, Dean, Jason, Jennifer, Cassondra, Laura, Kevin, Jessica and Steven; and her nephew Mike Harris. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
