He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Collins and Ben Gardner; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Camden and Connor Collins; his sisters, Glenda Gardner and Kathy Taji; and his nieces and nephews, Lori Mitchell, Karen Hatfield, Chris Gardner and Jacob Taji.
