He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ralph and Gladys Luster Strange; and his siblings, Shelby Ketron, Johnny and Robert Strange.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Stiles Strange; his siblings, Miranda Frazier and Jerry Strange (Kathy) of Kingsport; and his brothers-in-law, Noah Ketron and Charles M. Stiles of Perrysburg, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
